"Spaghetti Western" aka "western all'italiana" (that's how it's called in Italy) is a subgenre of Western films that emerged in the 1960s and that defines Western movie produced and/or directed by Italians. Experience showed that, in this domain, Italians know their stuff! Sergio Leone was one of its main inspirator. Most of the famous ones have been directed by Sergio Leone, Sergio Corbucci or Sergio Sollima. The best ones have nearly always been scored by Ennio Morricone.
