My opinion is that Chrissy's photoshoot was done last minute, that's why they used the pool of her house lol.

Spoiler

I don't know if that's her house or not, but it's weird that all the models flew across the world and she just had a dam pool photoshoot.

Penny is the best and has the best breasts.

The photography is bad.

So it looks like  Haily didn't do much at all for this issue?

From the CBS morning show story this morning  -

Reporter:  As the Swimsuit edition evolved, did you lose readers?

MJ:  Definitely, but we....didn't care.  We thought that the right reader would come along with us and the wrong ones we didn't want.

That pretty much sums it up.  F everyone that liked the swimsuit issue for what made it great in the first place.

His shoots are awesome but I hate his filters and colors  they need someone like Victor Robertof too. He’s great for lingerie but I saw his beachy shoots, they’re as awesome!

The fact that MJ hasn't been fired is shocking.  And now that she openly admits she gives zero fucks about the customer, hopefully it'll be enough to get her fired, or at least push the magazine in a different direction.

MJ fails to understand basic economics / business 101 and is blinded by trying to impose her vision of the brand onto long-time customers in the name of DEI.  Or she doesn't care if it costs the business its core customers.

A company/product doesn't get to choose their customers; the customers choose the product/company.  And the company's fiduciary duties are to it's investors and shareholders to make money; that's the bottom-line.

She must also be oblivious to what VS and Bud Light tried to do and have failed miserably.  Until MJ and the company realizes that, SI's demise is all but inevitable.

Victor's shoots of Gigi Paris come to mind.  And Gigi should have easily been in SI.  Same with Elizabeth Turner.

It's really cool how prominent posters, moderators, and admins, will enforce concepts like "don't be rude" and "this isn't a wank site" in model threads, then come in here and post the most vile shit about models they can't jack off to.

I think it is obvious that her masters wanted to destroy the old S.I and saw it as a liability in 'current times' (socialist ideology gone mainstream & decline of print media etc)- despite it being an iconic magazine with decades of history.

She merely has implemented what they wanted.

And it looks like Men's "Health" has jumped on the same bandwagon...

Which posts do you have a problem with?

Thanks to @Prettyphile and everyone else who posted content from the issue.

This to me is the absolute low point of SISE. All across the board. Cast of models, quality of the actual shoots, average nous of the models themselves (I question if like a third of them have ever posed before based on the shots that made it to publication).

It's hard to even select a few shots that I would deem good. I would say Christen Harper in the white one-piece is about the only small selection that feels like real SISE. The rest is like a bad parody of what it is supposed to be.

Would probably be best for everyone if this is the final edition.

I don't see why they can't make everyone happy.  Do the shoots with more diverse models and still have a helping of what made the SISE a phenomenon in the first place.  You give something to each audience.

The problem is twofold:

-the quality of photography has fallen off the cliff over the years, even before SISE became "woke" or however you want to phrase it.

-The longtime flaw of SISE to take a good idea and run it into the ground.  It was an annoying trait that was able to be overcome for many years, but now it might prove fatal.

And I agree with the assessment that is might not be all on MJ.  She's had to answer to like 5 different ownership groups, all of whom probably would nuke this thing if MJ didn't do something to fit their vision.

As for the issue itself, It's not so much that it's terrible, but it's boring, just like the last 3 or 4.  Literally nothing stands out as memorable.

Oh well,  See you in 2025... maybe
