I think the issue is everyone was probably just posting naked pictures and pictures from Instagram instead of posting tearsheets. There is a fine line being a fashion model who does underwear model and being a glamour model, and the people posting here need to learn what the difference is. Half of you would be banned at Fashionspot by not labeling or citing sources which could also be why things get taken down. No one wants their art (photos) or product (Brands/Fashion lines) being misrepresented in such a cheap and tawdry way. So instead of complaining about her thread disappearing, perhaps all of you should consider what you did wrong to end up here. All I see are creepy dudes complaining about her thread being gone and blaming her management. By posting nothing but lingerie/nudes, you limit her career and hurt her. So shame on all you complaining. Change because this will not be the last model who asks for her thread to be taken down because people do not have boundaries or taste.

I understand your point of view, but in the end, even if it seems grotesque or vulgar, it all comes down to money. At least that's how I see it. Obviously, every model's thread deserves respect, and as I see it, the community of this forum mostly conducts itself with that respect. Colleen has been turning towards a more provocative side for quite some time now, so much so that she created her own "Only" where, while offering similar material to before, she offered something "hotter". In the end, she herself was going in that direction, without anyone pigeonholing or limiting her, and I don't think that by publishing her photos you are hurting her, that sounds very dramatic to me. By becoming a public figure and publishing her photos, she exposes herself to being treated in multiple ways, even so, I insist that I never saw a lack of respect towards her. Lastly, if she asked for her thread to be closed, it is for what I said at the beginning: "money". She does not want her most expensive material to end up leaking, and I understand her position, in the end it is a business.

Ironically, all her material is leaked regardless so hmm, it's more than just money but $$$ is a huge factor in this

 

But I agree that we must not denigrate any models and respect her and the decisions they makes. BUT, she isn't free of criticisms and consequences for sure!

She isn't making money of lingerie pictures. That's not how the industry works. You make money off of commercials and catalog work if you are lucky. Being too sexy limits the clients you can get and the jobs you will get. You could argue she only wants her images on her Instagram to get more views and likes to build her online presence but at the end of the day there are models without social media who are making more than this girl. She only models in the US which is not a good sign. If she were making $$$ she would have agencies in Europe or at least in Asia to build her book. If her agency got the pictures down, that's fair and square because you do not own the copyright to the pictures and there is this thing called consent.  The fact you can't wrap your head around consent is disturbing. The model doesn't want you posting pictures of her or talking about her. Move on. Because clearly you didn't understand I am not complaining about her. I am complaining about the jerks complaining here and continue to post. I made a request for this thread to be deleted because if he agency asked you to take this down. It shouldn't be up. Most importantly anyone who continues to create this thread should be banned. Its not that hard so why is this even being allowed???

^ I actually agree with pretty much everything you said I only found it odd that she would want her BZ topic deleted as many loved following her work and it was a sort of "shooting yourself in the foot" type of moment considering it was a positive fan base. No big deal, a request is a request... just odd considering NOTHING is ever kept secret. Everything is leaked regardless.

 

But to sum it up, yes, I do agree with what u are saying to a large extent
