Charlie Waterman was a British model active during the late 1990s to early 2000s. She was signed to Models 1.

She first shaved her head for this Pugeout Ad in 1997.

 

She became so well known for that ad that she kept the hairstyle which made her famous. She was listed as one of Tatler's most beautiful women.
