630redhead Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 I know this is Estee Lauder (and differs a little from the one in the last post, though it seems to be from the same photo shoot) - Does anyone have this full ad or know what it is for? ____________________________________________________________ small Quote

kalaudia Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 Hi everyone, and thank you for the terrific new uploads. I enjoyed them greatly!! Red, wish I could help you on that beautiful Lauder BW pic. I only know it from inhouse ads for which it was used extensively. Have you seen this brandnew upload on youtube? Hope it works, it's my first insertion of a special item. 630redhead Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Thank you kalaudia and snmkytkn for your recent contributions. I just got this in the mail today. I've seen two pictures from it before (I think Jal posted them) but I'd never seen the entire editorial. It's from W Magazine and as most of you know, the format is huge, so I did the best I could with my scanner. I think they came out pretty well. snmkytkn Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Thank you Redhead. I fell in love with the first picture. Quote
billarruda Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 Wow Red, what a gem, never seen them before, thanks a lot. Quote
kalaudia Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 You did such a great job scanning these pics. They are definitely oversize and I was always avoiding them when picking photos for BZ.CU Red, with the pics from Vogue Italia that I promised. Quote
630redhead Posted September 27, 2008 Posted September 27, 2008 snmkytkn - I agree...I love them all but that first one is beautiful...especially when you download it and see it full-size. bill - hi there! nice to see you again. glad to show you something new you had not seen before! kalaudia - I'm so happy you think I did a good job. I had to do a tiny bit of doctoring here and there to keep some of the information intact. Can't wait to see the Vogue Italia (when you have a chance, of course - no rush). Does anyone have this editorial? It is from Mademoiselle 1982 (ebay seller did not provide the month, but I'm guessing it's May or June???) The seller says it's 10 pages in length. Quote
snmkytkn Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 I was flipping through a mag and saw this picture. UK Vogue november 1988. It was a page talking about various things and this picture was there to show the "woman in velvet" make up. Quote
*Bronx_Bomber* Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 Love that pic,bubbles.Such a classic face. Quote
