630redhead Posted April 19, 2010 Posted April 19, 2010 Thanks missparker! I had not seen this before. Here is an Oscar de la Renta ad - I don't know for sure where it is from. There was a seller on ebay some time ago who said this was inside the December 1984 issue, but I purchased this issue (from a different seller for less money) and the ad was not there. Another source said the ad was from 1986 (but did not say what magazine). I got this one in a clippings collection, so here's the ad, but I am unsure about the reference info... the small inset picture, closeup and flipped the right way Quote

lolitagirl Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 I don't know much about her, I just read what she said about plastic surgery and I've only seen her modelinia interviews....she hasn't had surgery right? I was watching the video and I was like OMG....She's in her 40's and HER FACE ACTUALLY MOVES!!!! Just her attitude alone and I came here to check her out. She's beautiful. Quote

Yes, you are right - Paulina is 100% real. Sure, she has some wrinkles and might not look as youthful and firm as she did in the 80's and 90's (who does?) but I think it's terrific that she's never had anything done and is proud of it. I think there are far too many women (and men) who go too far for "youthful" beauty. A chemical peel here and there and great skincare can help keep us glowing as we age gracefully...naturally. I also heard what she said about Heidi Montag, Kate Hudson and Madonna. She has always had a way of being brutally honest in her opinions. Quote
lolitagirl Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Yeah that interview was hilarious! I love her sincerity! So I remember seeing a lot of pictures of Paulina with a black cat...can anyone post those pictures?? Quote

Yes, the Cosmo cover that helenalover posted is an Estee Lauder pic from the same shoot as the one you are showing - The pic that I have of that page came from Femme magazine September 1989 (original as it appeared in the magazine and flipped to the correct orientation): These pics are also from the same photo shoot for Estee Lauder Quote
