If anyone knows about the 2nd and 3rd layouts, in addition to Bill, I also would like very much to know where they came from, as I own both of those editorials and it drives me crazy when I don't know where they are from.

But it's amazing how close she comes. Her teeth structure is different though. Does anybody know why they used someone else for this pic?
