I agree, there is nothing sexual about the majority of the shoot. The only one I said I didn't like was the one where she was pressing a baby up against her while she was topless.

I can't hear the naysayers.

Some of these photos are very beautiful indeed but a couple of them are shockingly awful and extremely inappropriate.

I like the idea of a "rebirth" issue but if you're going to have a model pose with children it is wiser to choose a model that has actually given birth to children. Seeing a woman pose with her naked son or daughter or seeing a photo of a mother that is about to breastfeed her child can be natural and beautiful but seeing a woman posing with naked children and posing like she is about to breastfeed a child that isn't hers is really gross and disturbing.

What picture are you talking about? I have the damn book and there is no picture where she is topless with a baby pressed up against her and looking like she's about to breastfeed.

There is a picture where she looks like she "may" be topless, but it never made the magazine, AND if you look closely you can see the strap of the dress under the blue sweater like monstrosity. It's a low cut dress, the straps just look like they fell down.

Regardless, I find it a little hypocritical that you can find major issues with this, in what is clearly a fashion shoot, but you feel it's okay for another model to pose completely topless with her arms all up in the air. I guess it's good that a smaller busted girl is comfortable with her body, but if she's fully figured then god forbid you show a little bit of cleavage let alone jiggle.

I'm the one responsible for hiring Pretty and I'm more than satisfied with her performance. If you feel differently, feel free to address me via pm or you can criticize me publicly in a related topic (Chat Thread, Issues With the Site ect.) if you'd like, but don't bother her again or use model threads for such a purpose .

Look you have your personal opinions as does pretty so I dont understand why you are taking it so far. This is a forum for discussions. And to be honest I'm also a photographer and when it comes to shoots if say the parents are completely comfortable with their child in a shoot then I don't see the problem with it. It's not like they would subject their child to anything sexual because that's against the law. Pretty does a fantastic job so I think it's time to continue with posting about Kate and her work.
