cylnz Posted November 14, 2024 Posted November 14, 2024 Well, it took me a few years to find the original source pic from the wallpaper I posted, but here it is. This pic has been posted here on bellazon a few times way back in 2005-7, but not a single link still works. google say it was posted on page 11 of this thread in 2006 Quote

It was on my cd back up disc "C" April 4, 2001. Yes, in my websearch to find info about it, I did see the several (dead image link) posts about it. That post was made in 2005 about a pic that Max is saying was taken in 2009. I'm sure he and I will chat about it at some point, (we chat about odd Cindy stuff every 5-10 years or so.) It's not up for debate as to whether I've had the photo since april of 2001. I have the physical media. That means the image is at least earlier than that date. Can we see her face? No, so, at this point, and given the photos rarity and unavailability, and Ritts being dead, unless we talk to Cindy . . . It may not be her, but it IS a Ritts pic, and if it isnt Cindy, then it's Stephanie Seymour. I know it's a Ritts pic because it was in a Ritts art folder with other outtakes from the mexico bunny shoot on the C backup disc under Cindy's main folder. So, no matter what, Max is wrong about the date. He says that a pic posted in 2005 (and I have on physical media from 2001), wasnt taken until 2009. Thanks for the tip, tho. Always nice to meet a Cindy fan. Quote
jOEh Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 Not Cindy. Thats not her body. Not her waist. Not her nipples. 🤨 Quote
steve with an s Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 Quote if it isnt Cindy, then it's Stephanie Seymour. Not Stephanie Seymour. It does look like Ritts work. Maybe Carré Otis. Quote
cylnz Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 nah, wrong hair. I think it's Cindy, and until there's a lot better evidence than an incorrect date as an argument I'll stay that way. I think thats the end of the wall she's leaning against in all the bunny mag pics overlooking the ocean. It's a pic that was posted as her that I've had for almost 25 years and until now it's been so rare who can say. I know the surf nude isnt her, the credited pic proved that, I'll wait until someone finds real evidence on this one. Quote
pinguoin Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 Doubt is allowed . This is a photo from that appeared in fhm Germany 2009 titled 'Nude fhm, Nudes special 2' . The photographers were Marco Glaviano, Gavin O'Neill, Frank Wartenberg, Shottiger, Michael Plumridge, Richard Harthur . Photographers who have photographed Cindy Crawford several times Unfortunately, in this particular photo, there is no name of photographer or model. Quote
cylnz Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 You cant see her face, so yes, there is doubt. Quote

I never claimed that the picture in question was not taken until 2009, I pointed out that it was published in FHM Germany 2009 Nudes-Special 2 the importance of which is not the publication date, but rather the fact that there is absolutely no mention of neither Cindy Crawford nor Herb Ritts, yet much lesser known models and photographers are credited -- see the full PDF of the FHM special attached. cylnz Posted November 18, 2024 Posted November 18, 2024 Hi Max, yes I saw that FHM. Who do you think it is? Quote

The previous to this photo page (see below) has the following credits: FOTOS: LOUISE CLIFF BY GAVIN O'NEILL/MANDARIN MEDIA, GAVIN O'NEILL/PICDESK.COM.AU Since it is "fotos" as in multiple, I'm inclined to believe that the second part, past the comma, refers to the next page and consequently to the photo in question. Thus all we know is that it was taken by Gavin O'Neill and whoever was the model, was not as prominent as Louise Cilffe to have her name specified in the credits, which makes it extremely unlikely to be Cindy Crawford (or Stephanie Seymour, or Carre Otis for that matter). (nudity) Spoiler Quote
cylnz Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 Here is a much larger version I extracted from your pdf. I'll cetainly start a search on gavin o'neil to see what I can find on him. Cant say I've ever heard of him before. Maybe fashiospot has a profile or something. Quote
