She never seemed like she wanted a big career. If she got what she wanted from the industry and walked away on her own terms, then good for her.

I remember seeing an ad of Ralph Lauren (if I’m not mistaken) in a magazine years ago and I was so mesmerized by the beauty of the model that I searched for her and was so happy to have found her. It was of course Valentina. Then I searched for more pics about her and I was so taken aback by her pure and natural beauty. She looked elegant and just stable minded. I logged on her blog and found her to be so down to earth and easy going. So, I’m not surprised to know she is not desperate to work or anything like that. If she did things on her own terms, then good for her. She looks to be a beautiful person inside and out.

In the end she was still doing the Ralph Lauren contract (seems to be her last big gig) and then it ended. Also she was doing a lot of vegan cooking/drink stuff.

Hi! I'm new here! I've always been a fan of Valentina. I don't think she has retired as she did campaigns but now that she's in Thailand I guess we won't see any new work for a while.

I do agree with previous users like @Bellazon12 and @Torib that her lifestyle change since 2017 have led to fallouts with models like Madison Headrick and Sam Gradoville who she was once really close to (Elsa Hosk and Zuzana Gregorova recently unfollowed her too ).

We don't know the reasons but she seems really happy away from the modelling business anyway.
