The dude got 18 complaints prior to his infamy. Some of which were for pretty fucked up incidents themselves. But I guess this is largely deemed "normal" policing over there? Quote

It's gonna be really hard for Chauvin to make a living if he ends up being acquitted via mistrial besides having a hit out on him. I'm just talking about the trial itself. The unedited footage of the incident shows a lot more to the story, but the emotions over the initial video is what's being talked about. It's very hard to take emotion out of the equation for the case due to that initial video. Quote
