It's interesting how youtube secretively censors 'controversial' topics by intentionally making it hard to rank in the algorithm and making it very difficult for certain types of channels to grow over 1 million.

I looked at some of the old channels from big youtube self-help gurus with over 1 million subs and their channels are massively tanking.  Huge channels that used to get 100k, 300k views a video are now getting just 10k and so on.  It looks like youtube has punished a lot of them.

Islam is one of the world's most populous religions with adherents in the billions but the biggest muslim 'influencers' are all well under 1 million subs lol.

I mean he's a 19 years old teenager filled with hormones and rage. I always wondered what the Jedis expected in the first place when it was so very clear from the start Anakin wasn't sublime above such feelings like a "usual" Jedi student? Also Yoda said from the very beginning he was already too old when Qui-Gon discovered him. Obi Wan whatever more felt responsible for Anakin because of his masters sudden dead and his loyalty to him. So many things went wrong from the very beginning for Anakin. But yeah his arrogance and superior behaviour was a huge character weakness no one could handle. Not Obi Wan, not Padme, not Yoda not anyone. So he was a pretty easy target for Palpatine and his false promises and manipulation especially when he had such thoughts in his head pretty early (after his mothers dead). He's guided by his emotions and never by his head what makes him pretty much everything but not so much a Jedi. I mean in the end he kinda was "the chosen one" to destroy everything lol

One of the things we find in ‘Revenge of the Sith’ is that the dark side is not tempting Anakin to anything... that Anakin is looking at the dark side and saying, ‘That’s what I want.’

Matthew Stover (author), Revenge of the Sith novelization.

I agree with this- don't have much to add except that it was a bit of trick by Lucas to classify Anakin as the 'chosen' one to destroy the Sith.  If I'm not mistaken when Vader destroys his master at the end of Return of the Jedi that may have been the last Sith?

Even thought people gave The Prequels criticism at the time, they had so many meme-worthy moments that they are still being used now lol.

I wonder if Lucas already had Vaders whole background story in mind since he kinda shooted those movies/told the story backwards.

I watched episode 4-6 probably once in my life. I barely remember anything of it.

The prequel looks high energy and fun, but there is no Mad max in the film though lol.  There are a lot of complaints that the new film is almost entirely CGI.

Fury Road was the last time I had a great time in the theaters- it seems like such a spectacle hasn't been made again in current conditions.  After fury road there was a bunch of interesting (official) comic book spin offs that revealed a lot more about the world building.

That may have been the case as the first star wars movie is episode IV.

This is the ending for VI:
