Download HEIC converter from the Microsoft Windows store. Install the program. Now, important point here, you can do a batch convert so load all your webp files into the converter BUT CONVERT THEM TO PNG FILES. Then convert the png files to jpg. There are batch converters out there for doing that. Quote
