The dazzling Ana Paula Arosio, once known as "the most beautiful woman of Brazil"... I can't believe her thread here is so short. In fact, it was started in 2010, the last year of her professional career as an actress. She has been retired for 4 years. Last year, she refused to return to TV Globo (her tv channel for many years) and she barely makes public appearances after leaving her career as an actress and model (her last job in fashion industry was for Avon).

Not sure about the rumours of break up (probably false, in my opinion). Anyway, she has been married to Henrique Pinheiro (an architect) since 2010.

She went through very difficult situations in his personal life when he was famous (suicide of a boyfriend in front of her).

That and some other problems (people who stole it in some contracts and used your image improperly) that happened when she was at the peak made today have real phobia back to being famous.

What is honestly a shame. Once many years ago in 1998 I had the pleasure of talking with her at a party of a mutual friend. She is super friendly, fun and caring.

She was invited last week to participate in a soap opera on TV Globo, Brazil still does not know whether to accept, but it would be good because since 2010 it disappeared from public life

Did you meet her? Lucky you! I never did. But in interviews she seems to be exactly as you described her.

And you're right. She went through awful situations. The suicide of her boyfriend must have been a horrific and traumatic experience. Apparently, she was able to move on but who knows...

As regards to her "possible" comeback, I've read she was tempted to play the role of Soraia in "Lady Marizete" which could be launched in 2015 (I have no idea about any detail of that project) but as you said before, nothing was confirmed for the moment.

Anyway, even when she's out of public life, her beauty is hard to forget.
