Early life

Born Jacinta Paige Butcher on October 6, 1979 in Perth, Western Australia and grew up in the Perth suburb of Attadale. With her father a previous model and her mother a fashion designer, modeling seemed like an obvious career choice but she had planned to become a veterinarian. She attended Santa Maria Catholic College. she started modeling at age 13 and at age 15 was discovered by IMG models by winning Covergirl cosmetics supermodel search for Australia. She permanently moved to NYC at age 18 where she still lives.

Career

Butcher has appeared on various magazines covers including 2 Maxim magazine covers, Fitness magazine bridal magazine covers. she was the face of Escada Sunset fragrance. She is signed at Ford Models in New York, Miami, Chicago, Toronto, Los Angeles models and Innovative artists for television. She was ranked #46 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2004.[1] Paige still lives in New York and works all over the world and has been part of some of the worlds largest campaigns. She has been in two movies, Something's Gotta Give and Big Momma's House 2. She also has appeared in many tv commercials.
