Sadly, all I can say is money.  You'll never saw a beautiful young woman with a man of 50 years without money.  It is probably not the only thing they love, but... that's a big thing!

I think you should also take into consideration that a lot of models get into the business at a young age.

So their experience is not that of the average young woman. By sheer courtesy of their job, a lot of the men they encounter (agents, photographers, stylists, directors, ...) will be older.
