^ The old size was definately at least 800px, but pretty sure it was exactly so.

Makes sense to have a tighter restriction for the mobile version, but can't it be scaled differently just for that version?

The rules indicates a 600 px width limit, but the maxium embedding limit for full view was 1050 px for system resize and acceptable viewing. Perhaps there was a update while I was away that I was not made aware of. Not sure.

The current system changed to stricter and more specific options :(

I am using a mobile device to view this board and it was kinda a pain to scroll down some of images that are 600 px long. However I wouldn't propose we decrease the dimension even more bc it wouldn't be fair to non-mobile users. You win some and you lose some.

Oh, I thought we could have different display rules for mobile devices? Oh well :)

Can you check to

Good to hear that you can fix the emoticons issue. I noticed some of the hearts icons are now this: :/

Haha. :)

Also when starting a new topic, why instead of having sub headings do we have "word tags"? :)

Can you check the smileys now? I just finished regenerating the posts.

Well, the smileys are back, but they're all out of whack  For example, where there should be a :), there's a :ninja:. And where there should be a :(, there's a (Y) etc. etc.

Can you show me an example? can you link me to the post? Thanks.

Ok, here's a good example- http://www.bellazon....00#entry2879610

When I posted this I think I used either :) or , but I definitely did not use the one that's there now, which is this - :hiro: There's many more that this happened to. It seems to have just placed random emoticons where the original ones were.

After all the bugs/issues are sorted, etc. Will we really be getting a new layout/skin? I agree with other members about this new skin looking like Facebook 2.0 :)

Hmm strange, but I do see

Wet Seal :hiro:

In the post so technically its doing the correct thing. If it already swaped a smiley with hiro in the DB then its impossible for me to revert it as it has no memory as to what the original post looked like :/ sorry

Yeah, I was afraid it might not be fixable :( What's interesting though is that when the changeover to the new board occured, there was initially a little box where the smiley was supposed to be, and there was text in the box which had the name of the new, changed smiley (which in this case would be 'hiro'), but if you right-clicked on it and looked at properties, it would have the name of the original smiley, such as 'wave'. Anyway, I guess all is lost now :cry2:

It's a shame though that when people who haven't been on the board before read the posts, they're going to see things like "Wow, she's hot! :(", or "I don't like her new lookmake%20it%20clap.gif", and think we're all a bunch of nutjobs!

 Yeah, I just saw an old post of mine in which I thanked the person who scanned the pictures in the previous post, followed by two :yuckky: emoticons.

The smiley thing is annoying and frustrating :/ I am not sure is there a way to have them all changed back to what they were originally. Until there is a way, for those of you who are bothered by it you are welcome to update your posts with the correct smiley  I know it is a pain but that is the only solution I can think of for now.

I have an idea that *may* work, but it will be a huge pain. I will let you know once I give it a go and let yall know. The only other way would be to revert back to like a week ago right after the upgrade (which I am not going to do).

Sorry but we may all have to be considered crazy :persuazn:

They think we're crazy,Yes ,but reverting NO,and good that you maddog, not intending to revert.
