I think lahana99 was referring to a post i've wrote some time ago about Brooklyn's SI Swimsuit 2011 videos that someone posted and and shared in that time (2011) in the SI Swimsuit 2011 topic. That vids were exclusive for Sony Playstation Network, and her Peter Island BTS its 30 min. long.

I was trying to find on the net and here (without success).

Anyway, the DVDs include the SI making that were released in some channels, but not include some vids that were exclusive for the (that time) SI official web page or Sony Playstation or another sites. In the SI Swimsuit 2011 topic, ive seen some vid captures that were not include in the official DVD or another sites.

 

About the SI 2009 DVD, SI included two versions of the making-of (one is that complete YT vid) and another one some slight different and blurred in some images. In the extras you can find the model profiles and Brooklyn profile vid is the same that you can find in YT (without blur).

 

The good is that its obvious the quality of DVD image is 720. XP

It was me! You can find that post in the SI Swimsuit 2011 topic, and the BTS BVI Peter Island On Location is the Brooklyn shoot, 30 min. long. But i think its impossible to find, my friend!!!

I've done some "research" into this (I've been trying to "collect" all the versions of the SI Swimsuit videos over the years), and although I've never seen the Playstation Store versions, based on the screenshots and runtimes available in SI 2010 and 2011 threads, I think it's safe to say that:

Making Of SISE 2010 - 48min  - this is the same as the DVD and streaming version that is still available to purchase online from other vendors.
SISE 2010: On Location - 35min  - this is essentially a compilation of the "on location" videos still available on the SI web site and Dailymotion. (Screenshots are identical and runtime matches)

2011 Behind the Scenes - 45min - this is the same as the standard DVD and streaming version that is still available to purchase online from other vendors.

2011 3D video - 30min - this was also released on Blu-ray.

2011 On Location videos (five separate videos for each location, running at about 30 minutes each). I can't find any screenshots from these videos, but based on the runtime and the 2010 Playstation On Location screenshots, I'm guessing these are also compilations of the web videos. (If you run all the Peter Island (Brooklyn, Hilary, Cintia, and Jessica) web videos together, for example, the runtime is 27 minutes.)

 

The 2:47 video that a few people have mentioned was not an officially released video, but rather a fan-made compilation of all of the low-res 2011 videos from the SI web site. Those videos are still available on the site, though some are hard to find because the pre-2014 SI video archives are not organized at all or tagged in a useful way.
