I've been making an Erin Heatherton full review for a while now (3 galleries so far) and I found this from 2011.  Both girls looked amazing back then. :

Yea, thanks guys.  I guess I will.  I have 6 x galleries of Erin (still compiling, I'm slow at it..).  Yea, Storm, I would like to see Candice.

 

What I am doing with the Candice is to start from the beginning.  She looked different then (was a brunette). 

 

IMHO Erin is better than almost all the angels, and she is essentially from the last generation of angels that received star treatment.  Now, there are too many and the role has been watered down.  Candice was extremely pretty, and more so than now (the fans will kill me, hah).

Good point about Erin. I didn't know that about the VS eras. In her high fashion days, she also defied the idea (at the time) that a 'girl next door' (for lack of better description) type face couldn't do high fashion as well as what they called edgy faces. She knew how to give expression and connect with the camera as well as most. There's this particular editorial with her dressed as a cat that I've been trying to find for the longest to no avail   . Here's her with a cat anyway.

heh, cute picture...I need to get back in the swing of things with gallery posting.  I have 7? of erin.  I'm not done yet, but should post them.  I started Candice (1 gallery) .  Erin started with HF career, got scooped up by VS early- and became an angel in time.   She looked quite different as a teenager- ultra waif

Sadly, my minus links up to around gallery 297 are now all incomplete (they only display a portion of the photos- the image hosting service has failed)  The silver lining is that imgbox, which I used afterwards- is entirely functional.  

 

The preview pictures have not failed and can still be viewed.

 

I will continue with gallery 297 going forward.

The Erin review.... WOW!  

Do you think that VS gave her a bad deal with her last couple of years as an Angel? It seemed to me she kept getting pushed aside and forgotten about in the last years she was there.

Great review ! I especially love her in high fashion and on the runway, but she shines in the candids too. Its also great that she is so consistent with the natural look instead of piling on the makeup.

You're welcome guys    Joe, I tend to lean towards good candids rather than heavily stylized photos. 

 

CV, I have all the galleries backed up in my files.  Erin started out as a very young model (I don't know her exact age, but it's probably around 16) and was exceptionally waif and thin.  Her look changed a good deal as she aged.  She was scooped up by VS very early on, kept for a few years, and then released.  It does seem like she was overshadowed by Candice although for a time they were often doing events together.  VS was the peak of her career.
