It's a weird one. I still don't see Karen straight away. When I look deeper I then see her.  I collect on her so you'd think I'd know her face 100%. 😉 When I was comparing similar photos of both models it just got even more confusing. If only there was a similar photo of each with the same head tilt, hair pulled back & wearing a hat. Lol! 

 

I haven't posted in either of their threads as yet. I might scan the whole page first. This is just a photo I took of it. It's an advert for Saks Fifth Avenue, possibly from Fall 1997. She wearing Dolce & Gabbana.

 

Another model to throw in the mix, could it be Tatjana's sister Sophie?
