A good ruler is strong, fair, sometimes ruthless, sometimes merciful, intelligent, charismatic, etc. Being multifaceted is key. His father was smarter and a smoother operator. Quote

She acquired strength, and showed ruthlessness in the last episodes when it was needed. She acquired several facets which kept adding to her personality. She had a more interesting journey than Ramsay who always stayed the same. She became the stronger predator in the end, which gave her the opportunity to eliminate him. ---- Bran also started as weak and became stronger, but his journey is more magical/supernatural and less of a traditional hero's journey.
