They just got lucky in getting pics where Leo's male friends are not in the shot, there are also pics of Leo with his male friends but they weren't posted here because Denise isn't in them. By the way all those models are simply friends with Leo's crew that's all and the models are best friends among themselves. They all travelled together to St Barths as a big group.
