Lifestyle brand Uncommon James, founded by entrepreneur and TV icon Kristin Cavallari, has expanded into the fragrance category with its debut scent, Hard Feelings. Similar to Cavallari’s skincare brand, Uncommon Beauty, this fragrance prides itself on transparency and real ingredients.

Founder and CEO Kristin Cavallari, said,

“I wanted to know what ingredients were in the fragrances I was using, but struggled to find a brand that offered that level of transparency. So, when creating Hard Feelings I knew I wanted to tell our customers everything in it so they can feel confident about wearing it—I’m thrilled for it to be our first fragrance. It’s sexy, moody, complex and embodies the duality of soft femininity and strong masculinity. It's unlike anything you’ve ever smelled before, and I cannot wait for everyone to wear this.”

The brand will display the full Hard Feelings ingredient list on the product packaging and the Uncommon James website.

Hard Feelings is one of the first fragrances with this level of ingredient transparency and EWG verification. It’s also Leaping Bunny Certified, vegan, cruelty-free, and free of gluten, paraben, petrolatum, and phthalate, with no colorants or titanium dioxide.

Hard Feelings opens with top notes of pink pepper and bergamot with a heart blend of rose, hibiscus, incense, and tobacco. At the base, atlas cedarwood, sandalwood, and upcycled orcanox leave a lasting impression that is “complex and sensual.”
