The second seems to have different color, but it's the same ! They just changed the shirt color (they probably wanted pink on the cover) ; the pose is exactly the same as the 1st one (the swimsuit is also the same)

Most of the time (99.9%), Femme Actuelle has its own covers (except for this Anna Friden case).

 

Another exception is when they took two pics of Annabelle Riess from the same photo shoot :

(another thing that is very rare for them is to make mistakes in selecting pictures : on the first pic, they cut the hand of Annabelle, which is a bad mistake that even a beginner photographer can't make !). Apart from that (everybody make mistakes), Femme Actuelle stays my favorite magazine (and let's be honest, Femme Actuelle praticly never makes mistakes)
