hauteheart Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 One of the model search girls said the release was in 18 days so that makes VDay the official release?

Prettyphile Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 I'm so fucking sick of hearing these THICCCC gals go on and on about how nothing is wrong with their body... If you believe that great, good for you, but Jesus Christ shut the fuck up about it. Not every single affirmation needs to be about how perfect you are. Stop giving yourselves a pat on the back for having extra body fat. Are you trying to give yourselves a pep-talk, or us? beause hunny it's not working... No one is perfect, no one, and if they're truly happy with the way they look and feel, more power to them, but enough is enough. MJ stop pushing this agenda and let the magazine go back to what it was.... a fantasy, not MC-Donalds on a Tuesday evening reality. /end rant
ILUVAdrianaLima Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 @Prettyphile do you want a McGriddle and hashbrown too then?
Limerlight Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 Caitlyn Jenner is perfect...... As well, if MJ is concerned about the "body positive" movement why are is she not tackling other PC issues? Where are the Trans models who are being excluded by MJ, where are the exact opposite of the "BBW's" and the near/fully anorexic women who say they are also beautiful? One does not open a stance on "body positive" but only choose to take the one side of it, MJ only does it because she knows including women who ask you to move over because they don't fit properly on one seat in an airplane will get the SJW points and she can get a euphoric feeling that she is "making a difference" & "being progressive." Why does everything now have to "make a stand/make a point about _______" I remember being introduced to SI as my best friends mom would bring home the calender's for the year every year when I was around 8-10 and getting to see women such as Tyra and Heidi not knowing what was going on with the body . Or getting the SI magazine at the gas station and welll the rest we leave out cause ain't no-one wanna hear that Jessica Gomes to me always used to be the THICC woman in SI, but she was curvy and had a wonderful body. Not someone such as Hunter who reads the internet about "how she's making a difference in the lives of beached beluga's everywhere while ignoring the haters and owning the haters with this EPICCCC Twitter rant"

They are just really fat and in Hunter's case she is just borderline obese.

toodarnhot Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 I’m actually curious about the phsyical sales of the magazine, when all the photos(plus some) are online for free. What’s the incentive to buy the magazine?

The main issues I have with these Plus Sizers are their arrogance, hypocrisy and obnoxious attitudes They get away with throwing shade and insulting slimmer models, and many of them lack any sense of humility or class They give larger women a bad name I am all about embracing all body types however, as much as I don't want to say it, Hunter is bit extreme To each their own I guess She is also an mediocre model. If she was a better model then I would be ok with her but there are many other plus size models who are better choices. And that thing she does with her mouth makes her looks like a sex blow-up doll.

frenchkiki Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 Helping MJ to differentiate curvy/fat/obese Curvy Fat Before ^ Obese (hunter now) Hunter was anorexic. So i really don't buy her speech about "I am feeling good in my own skin and her God given body" http://www.revelist.com/feminism/hunter-mcgrady-size-acceptance/6954/in-2013-mcgrady-blindly-applied-to-wilhelmina-models-as-a-curve-model-the-agency-immediately-signed-her-since-then-shes-posed-for-bare-necessities-lane-bryant-and-lucky-brand/3
