I'm sure she'll get special permits, it's very common in cases like this. Esti Ginzburg spoke about it, she was in the army but she had different duties than the rest of the people and had special permits so she wouldn't have to drop her career.

 

Hopefully once Yael is done with the army she'll go backt o being a full-time model and moves to NYC, Paris or London where she can get more jobs
