 OMG I have had that before and it is delicious!!! :woot: The restaurant I used to order it  from closed bc of the high rent :sad:

I don't know the name of the "cuts" in English, but I like thin cuts... like for Carpaccio! Cooking is of course unnecessary :rofl: Parmesan cheese is optional ;)
