I actually like the hair & makeup, it's simple and delicate but glowy so I'm excited to see how it will translate in for all the girls

And I like the make up! Is not that subtle/natural like it was since 2015. My all time favorite hair and make up was 2013. Everybody looked soooo on point (except for Alessandra. She was weird that year).

 

2008 was way too much bronzer/highlight imo.

 

and I liked Elsa’s wings with feathers better :)

I hope he's just started and that her hair is just what she woke up with and showed up with. Cause it looks like she slept with a braid and just combed through it.

Except it’s not bullshit. The support of a casting director or an editor can make all the difference in your career. Just ask someone like Gigi and Irina.
