The mods can correct me if I'm wrong, but it is not a zero tolerance policy specifically related to age, rather a rational policy regarding models, advertising and public imagery. Keep in mind that though many people consider 18 to be the cutoff age, if this is based on US laws (which vary state to state) the legal age of consent is 17. You'll also note that there is a section entitled Development Models, specifically for models under the age of 17.

I took the wording of Prettyphile's post as "inappropriate behavior or discussions" not being separated from the rest of the post. The post gets a little confusing because the second sentence comes off as separate, but I don't think it was meant to be.

Instead you'll want to read it as: "Bellazon upholds a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior/discussions of younger models in the solicitation of information pertaining to their identity, inappropriate behavior/discussions when initiating threads centered around them, or inappropriate behavior/discussions in the dissemination of their images."

If you chatted to her on Sunroom, it almost certainly wasn't her. You have any idea how many people message her on any given day? No way she sits there and responds to everyone.
