Stromboli1 Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 This show is awesome, I'm 4 episodes in and will finish the last 4 today. I don't know about the source material, but seems like great casting throughout the show. Quote

Stromboli1 Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 Nope, but I do know there was some gender swapping from the comic to show. Quote

Marvel movies/TV shows are way more successful outside of the Dark Knight trilogy. "stormfront's" look is lackluster. Quote
Michael* Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 I would say the finale of S1 represented a pretty significant departure from the source material, so much so that it's hard to see how they could still do direct adaptations of the original arcs without making some fundamental changes. It would seem, a bit like Preacher the other year, that the names will be the same and that references to some of the bigger comic stories will still be there, but for the most part the show is going to start marking its own territory. That could be a good or bad thing, we'll have to wait and see. Quote

Stromboli1 Posted September 7, 2020 Posted September 7, 2020 The show is the Homelander show, but in the comics Butcher is the best character. Quote
