He doesn't come across as being rich based on what his website that someone posted up a while ago.  It's the typical fashion startup with just a couple of items.  

 

He's definitely on the effete side given his interests and his wardrobe.

When the man becomes a doormat and starts adopting his women's traits is when he risks provoking the seeds of contempt.  With the boyfriend, he has become more and more emaciated since he first appeared on this thread and (without being "incendiary")  is dressing like a gay guy/experimentally.  He was not like this in the beginning.  Elsa has shown a similar pattern, as she started as a typical girl and escalated from there.  I guess that growing narcissism is part of being a successful model and is very difficult to avoid.

It could be that Elsa’s obsession with weight and dieting has made him become ill too. On the other hand, he might have encouraged her originally. Now they seem to be in a vicious cycle where both parties keep the other one unhealthy.

 

I definitely think that Elsa is narcissistic. He is a modelizer. Also, they might be using together, which would account for their deteriorating appearances. Elsa even lost her Biotherm contract.

 

Unhealthy habits and mindset would keep them together so her potentially being able to snag a richer man wouldn’t matter. Also, I suspect that there would not be a lot of quality men who would like her level of attention whoring and self-absorption i.e. staged pap walks, naked sex photos on Insta. It’s Kim and Kanye level.

 

Also, can it be a coincidence that Tom’s ex Vita suffered from an eating disorder where she overtrained and starved herself when Elsa has gone down the way she has?

Your whack job conspiracy theories would be a lot more believable if Tom had ever dated Vita, but it’s clear you really care more about slandering someone you only observe from behind a screen than actual facts and reality.
