I don't think we'll ever get the full uncropped picture. Over the years there are dozens cropped as bad as that or videos edited to get that amazing feature out/cut off.

 

Literally the only way she would even know people want to see it or are upset by the crop is if some comment on her IG where it was posted and even then I doubt anyone making the decisions are reading that.
