No, it's not new. In fact, it's a pretty controversial subject.

Well, but I don't get when you can consider a model securely established in the high fashion business anyway.

Last year, Candice had already walked for a decent amount of famous designers and got one editorial and cover after another.

You could say she got a new high fashion job every week. But some people acted like this was nothing and they claimed that this was

not enough to be considered a "real high fashion model". And now, Kate's got a bunch of editorials you can count on one hand and people already say that she had conquered the high fashion world. So I will never understand when a model can actually be considered a "real high fashion model".

Not to take matters any further, but Kate is about to conquer (runway or not) so let's all deal and move on. And to be fair, Candice only started happening in high fashion last year

I didn't mean to be offensive towards Kate, I just honestly don't get when you can consider someone a real high fashion model.

I read so many different opinions about it so that I can't figure out what makes a model an established high fashion model.

It's a serious question.

I see no problem in Candice working with whoever it is. If the brand think Kate is good, it's not up to us to judge. And I'm sure Candice and everyone else doesn't think they are better than her.

Hmmm.. how I remember a High Fashion Supermodel : -above average height, -slim, -exotic, -the one who stands out . And I remember once Jessica stem responded to a reporter by saying "we are super-freaks of earth", how I interpreted her saying is precisely how I think a High Fashion Supermodel should be -tall, slim, and exotic...Thinking about it I see it as very rational actually, "High Fashion" (those who walk the runway of Milan, paris...and extremely well known brand names), and the "Supermodel" part really describes itself, and I think someone else described it as having the ability to appear within any field of modeling.

All in all, a very exotic woman she is.
