Looks like her to me & it's credited as her in the magazine. Australian Cosmopolitan hasn't ever been wrong in the cover model credit that I know of. Since I've never seen a mole on Karen's face in other images I've always assumed it was just a fake one done with make up for the shoot.

Before airbrushing they used to color zits on models into moles! So smart!
