Did you find the ID of this model? I´ve seen these pages from VOGUE Germany April 1985 "STIL BLÜTEN" and wonder if it´s the same model?!

The model on the cover might be Paula Spiaggia. I'm uncertain whether she's the one also on the other photos

Not fully convinced that this is Julia on the cover, but this is probably beyond my abilities
Anyway here is below what I have gathered about her, so that anyone interested can make a better opinion:

YEP! She's soooooooo pretty. Aren't we going to be happy the day one of us gets her name! 

 

...and for me the search for her started in my Elle Japan Mags- she's in those many times, but somehow, they haven't named her... YET.
