Cult Icon Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 @Enrico_sw FROMSOFT is making Armored Core 6. I hope they also make a souls-like game but it might not happen. I got the feeling that Elden Ring expended almost every possibility, it's that big. Quote

I don't know much about this IP, but it looks good especially if From software is on it! I don't know if everything is "Souls-like-able" (can I do this neologism? ), but lots of game would be better if they were more Souls-like in their combat system!!! Like Assassin's Creed, the Witcher, etc. Quote

What I think would be interesting is if they combined For Honor with Souls. Quote

Don't care too much about the story cause it's Disney Canon which is convoluted. Quote

Cult Icon Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 oh wat, it's here!? @SympathysSilhouette @Enrico_sw @Stromboli1 So far it looks good but also looks a bit weird to me. Everything is noticeably more sharp and with more details but not as natural looking as the original game on the highest settings. Maybe I'll get use to it once I see more. My brain is too used to the old W3. Quote

In the books she has 'ashen hair' In W3 she basically has white hair. She looks better in W3, more unique. Geralt is supposed to be more eerie looking in the books. He looks closer to the books in Witcher 1 and 2 but in W3 they made him more good looking and warm. Quote

Geralt in W2 looks great, but I'll allways remember him as his W3's self (in W1, he's is quite weird) Quote

It's like Geralt evolved into the W2 witcher, then made the progression to the W3 one. In the process his face grew longer lol. In my mind Geralt and Yenn are the witcher 3 game versions, and no one else. same voice too. Same thing with adult Ciri. However child and young adult Ciri is a bit different. I don't really acknowledge Netflix versions lol. With Triss, I think of Triss as being the W3 version and also the one in the books. the one in the show is fine, except for the way she looks. Quote
