So I went to try out this new Vietnamese place today. A little expensive for Vietnamese food but they presented it well. Nice decoration and furniture... it's like they were trying to turn vietnamese food into fine dining. They almost pulled it off

The only things were they served me my entree at the same time as my appetizer, the meat could have been cut smaller considering I was eating with chopsticks, and the pickled carrots were too salty. Other than that it was good. The beef was nicely charred and marinated. The peanut sauce for the salmon rolls was new and presented in a way I never saw before. I liked it over all.

Except...

There was a man and woman sitting at the next table... they looked like they were in their mid-30s, somewhat successful careers... but they talked pretty loud and I could hear their conversation.

Complaining about their spouses and what not, even if they were claiming to be happy with their marriages... full out flirting... those two ass-sniffing losers were thinking about having an affair with each other. Like... WTF?

People make me sick.

This is exactally why I'm single right now. I've lost faith in humanity.

What gaurantee is there that this couple wasn't simply joking?
