Nicola Benedetti

Nicola Benedetti (born July 1987 West Kilbride, North Ayrshire) is a Scottish violinist.

Nicola was born in Scotland in 1987, and began violin lessons at the age of 5. In 1997 she entered the Yehudi Menuhin School, where she studied with Natasha Boyarskaya. Nicola left the Yehudi Menuhin School at the end of 2002 and has since been studying privately with Maciej Rakowski whilst living in London and enjoying a busy schedule which has included a variety of events
