Paint Shop Pro 9

Ok i've downloaded a trial of jasc Paint shop pro 9, but when i go to open it, this message comes up:

any help??, im sure its something real simple, u can delete the thread once its resolved!,, if its resolved

if you are using a profile on your windows desktop, then you need to sign on to the first one that was made, or the one designated as admin to install.

And how do i do that?..lol

I'm not using Vista But i think you need a administrator access to run this software in your PC. In Windows XP Its very easy to just right click and select "run as" and type there your administrator login and its password and run it. Maybe the problem is something else. I hope someone find this post soon and help you with this issue.

I installed it again and ran it as administrator but i still get the same message

And I'm logged into my account, I am the administrator, so i shouldn't get this problem

right click on the icon to start it and then (i think on english version) run/start application as admin

that's vista even if you are an administrator you have to run some programs with that method to have full access
