Estella Warren was born December 23, 1978 in Peterborough, Ontario Canada. Before becoming a professional model, Estella was a competitive swimmer. She held the Canadian National title for syncronized swimming from 1994 until 1996. While in high school, Estella appeared fashion show, and pictures of her were sent to a modeling agency. Estella could have gone to the Atlanta Olympics, but chose instead to pursue a career in modleing. Estella's modeling career began in 1995, a photoshoot with photographer Ellen von Unwerth for the Italian edition of Vogue.

As a model Estella has appeared in Vogue, Glamor, Marie Claire InStyle, Mademoiselle, Cosmopolitain, Photo and Elle. She has appeared in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition, Maxim, GQ, Arean and other magazines. Estella has done advertising Andrew Marc, Perry Ellis, Chanel, and Nine West.

Estella has also done work in film. She appeared in multpile films, most notably Kangaroo Jack, Planet of the Apes, and Driven[i/].
