These stars really should remember long dresses are more appropriate for such occasions, even in crisis time

Baby doll/new look dresses etc. are better for MTV and events like that....though I have to say I loved how Reese looked like a year or 2 ago in short yellow Nina Ricci dress. But that was Reeses, with more girly face than Heidi's.
