I've heard so many times that The Shining is the best horror movie on earth, have to take some time to watch it.

Btw, I don't know if this is my favourite, I seldom scared of a horror movie but it did - Shutter

The Shining didn't scare me at all, it did give me a couple of jumps but just from crude loud noises Its a good movie though, def worth a watch. The Ring seriously made me lose sleep though- i saw it when i was 13 though

It's easy to pick when only one good horror movie has ever been made: The Shining.

Nosferatu wants a word with you. The horror genre is one that I'm not very fond of, but from what I've seen:

1. Nosferatu

2. Alien

3. The Blair Witch Project

4. The Exorcist

5. The Exorcist III (underrated, some great acting in that film)

I do love those flicks. I'm sure The Shining is good, but I have yet to see it.

The Exorcist is the best horror movie ever made (so far)!

The Ring bothered me for some reason, but I saw it when I was a kid.

I didn't find The Shining scary, but I thought it was a good movie.
