I love Mexican food. I USED to be tortillaboy, but I sold that domain (Tortillaboy . com) a while ago (for a nice price I might add). So I gave up that name. I started PlanetBurrito.com and had to think of another screen name. Since it was burrito themed, i thought about chimichangas....thus, Jimmy Changa came to mind.

Just don't tell my daughter that...she still thinks I'm great. I need her to think that as long as possible. I know it will eventually end and she'll hate me for a while, but let's hope thats a few years off.
