I'd like to hear your stories. The more harrowing, the better.
Dude, this topic has so much potential, if only people were willing to share......

Maybe the to-be-chased would do better.. If you chase someone for a long time .. what would that say about the ego or character?
Just thought I might point that out.. surprising for me.. I would say.. I have not really chased anyone.. they are either interested or not.

I considered this. I also think my flippant remark about "the more harrowing, the better" didn't exactly help. But this is intended as a serious topic to be dealt with maturely and appropriately by the best and brightest Bellazon has to offer. I don't want this to slide into a mocking session, or the usual inane zany bullshit this particular sub-forum tends to conjure up (admittedly, often instigated by myself).
Oh, come on. Why is everybody so afraid about being judged by people online?
I'd have to disagree with azgirl. Here's why. I don't think chasing someone says anything bad about your ego or character in most cases. You can chase someone successfully. You are simply showing that other person why a relationship with you is not a waste of their time. Even in a relationship we still kinda chase each other. You just do those small things and go that extra mile, and they remind that other person why you are so special to them and why they want to be with you and not someone else.

^ Whoever ends up with you will be a very lucky gal ![]()

Some people enjoy a good chase. It builds up a relationship more then just hooking up. It's good to have a nice flirty chase before getting into a major relationship.
I havent got many chasing stories. A few years ago there was a girl i really liked. So i got to know her a bit and we flirted alot. But she didnt want a relationship. Some people think a guy/girl chasing seems desperate. But i dont think it is. Some people enjoy it more then the actual relationship.

Okay we've done the boring prologue stuff, now on with the show!

I've been chasing mrs. Right for the better part of my life, but so far she has successfully eluded me. I'm beginning to suspect she does not much care for me!
I think I might switch to chasing Cougars instead. Or would that be letting Cougars prey on me?

I'd rather have some horny middle-aged woman knowingly 'abuse' me, then endure the often emotionally schizophrenic ways of young 'hotties'.

That's my reasoning as well. I'm too old for all the drama!

I chased someone for a 'minute' long. oh well. never again (hopefuilly)
Three years.
We did eventually get together, but well, it didn't work out for a variety of reasons. But the three years were what made the relationship so special, I gotta say.
