Unknown guy with to die for eyes

I don't remember which website I found him on. I think it was a blogging model site. It didn't have any information on it, and boy did I look. This was a couple months ago. I gave up looking for him until just a few hours ago when someone else wanted to know who he was. I hope someone knows who he is.

What is on his head? It makes him look so mysterious and mythological, like he's a male form of Medusa or something. Hahah, I would like to know too.
