Born on Feb. 8, 1921 in Wu-Ch'ang, China, she is best known for playing Alice on "The Honeymooners".
In the 20's she became a singer on Broadway in the show "Top Banana".
She was diagnosed with lung cancer in 1995 and refused treatment. She passed away on Feb. 3, 1996 after falling into a coma.
