Ashley Ann Vickers is an American television personality, sports announcer, and model. She is an emcee for NBA team the Memphis Grizzlies and in 2010 became a ring announcer/co-host for the WWE program NXT under the name Ashley Valence.

A native of Ft. Pierce, Florida and a former competitive rodeo rider, Vickers attended Lincoln Park Academy. Upon graduation, she competed in Miss Florida USA and subsequently began modeling. She has worked for NASCAR and the NHRA. Vickers was voted a semi-finalist in Maxim magazine's 2010 "Hometown Hotties" competition.
