No, but I make it soo easy for them to know when it's time to ask me out if they want to.
here is my technique:
(1)First off, I make sure I know the guy is at least attracted to me and he flirts back (2) Second, I tell him I like him - not that I want to go out with him. Maybe I'll ask him if he likes me back ... and if that doesn't work (3) I'd kiss him to show him that I'm serious
If he's interested, he'll ask me out because I've basically paved the way for him. If not.. move on
It's kind of like asking the guy out indirectly.
