Unfortunately, I can't help with those ids, I suck at late 90s and anything beyond that. But I think @Minerva13 could help you, she's the master of the late 90s and the 00s.

They look pretty similar with that hair length...I just learned to recognize Donna Goeller and I got over excited going through old pictures lol.
