The Face, hosted by photographer Nigel Barker, features supermodel coaches Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha as they compete to find the face of ULTA Beauty, one of the fastest growing beauty retailers in the United States. The series will give viewers access inside the world of the industry as three teams of aspiring models, each led by one of the supermodel coaches, are guided through real life assignments, including photo shoots and commercials.
The Face is produced by Shine America with Eden Gaha, Paul Franklin and Andrew Frank serving as executive producers.

Very excited for this. It's new and fresh. I used to watch antm but gave up around cycle 11. So I'm exited for a new model comp. and Naomi, KK and Coco in one show. Hell yes.

I'm super excited for the show but this scene in the trailer was cringe-worthy; so obviously scripted.

In a first-look promo exclusive to The Hollywood Reporter, supermodel Naomi Campbell warns that she and fellow coaches Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha aren't there to poke fun at the 24 aspiring models to become the face and spokesperson of leading retailer ULTA Beauty. The series, which will air on Oxygen in February, offers viewers a fresh take on the modeling competition with the 24 contestants coming from all over the world. Each episode will consist of two different challenges -- a "test shoot" and a "campaign" -- where each model will see if they have the fundamental skills of modeling.
Each of the three teams will be mentored by Campbell, Kurkova and Rocha, respectively, with brand executives from each campaign judging the team that wins, with the losing coaches deliberating on which team member was the weakest. Winning coaches decide which contestant is eliminating each week.

Bringing it all together, Nigel sums it up best in the clip at top. "Whereas 'ANTM' was often times a bit of a caricature of the modeling business, 'The Face' isn’t," he declares. Backing him up, Coco gives her team a reality check with, "One shot, that's the reality."
